Proud to tie-up with the  Trade Commissioner – Agriculture and Agrifood, High Commission of Canada to create content with celebrated Chef, Michael Swamy.

“Healthy Canadian Ingredients for your Kitchen” sees Chef Michael sharing his experience and skills by recreating delicious Indian dishes using Canadian ingredients. The series highlights flavoursome, healthy Canadian produce readily available in almost all supermarkets in India that can be used as either the first choice or as replacement options for existing ingredients.

The series aims to deliver two key messages:

  1. These products, contrary to unfounded reports, are safe and healthy, and
  2. Introduction to exciting new products making their way into India in 2021


“Healthy Canadian Ingredients for your Kitchen” focuses on the goodness, uses and benefits of Canadian ingredients like Canola oil, Blueberries, Cherries, Maple syrup and Sockeye Salmon.

Stories of people who are transforming themselves for the new tomorrow. Stories of hope and impact – the transformation of normal people in an abnormal time leading to extraordinarily impactful lives.

Stories of Resilience will lead to not just the stories going up on YouTube, Social Media and a dedicated eZine but also into print in the form of a book.
