We call ourselves a collective. A COLLECTIVE that grew out of some intense, coffee-fuelled Zoom sessions during the great lockdown of 2020.
As traditional PR guys, we were in a pickle. A situation where media activity was at its lowest and client coverage was hard to come by. At the same time, we had friends in the digital world doing amazing things online, using the situation to get creative and reach a wider audience than ever before. Well, they kind of had a captive audience to play with, didn’t they?
So how could we leverage each other’s strengths? We are peas of the same pod after all. Doing things a little differently but with similar goals in sight. Could we work this lockdown to reach those goals together?
What was stopping us?
When you have a couple of creative guys with decades of PR and Digital experience sitting around, you got to think out-of-the-box. And think we did.
DW is today a team of communicators from across the globe bringing it back to what it really means. Cutting out the jargon and getting to the heart of understanding each other again!
